The wait is almost over for Xbox One fighters! After some “technical discussions” with Microsoft (we’ve all been there!), Capcom has officially announced that both Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics and Capcom Fighting Collection 2 will be landing on Xbox One in 2025!
That’s right, Xbox One players can finally get their hands on these awesome collections of classic fighting games. Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics lets you relive the glory days of the iconic crossover series, featuring the original X-Men vs. Street Fighter, Marvel vs. Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes, and Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes. Buckle up for some wild tag-team battles with your favorite Marvel and Capcom heroes and villains!


Capcom Fighting Collection 2 remains shrouded in mystery, but with the first collection focusing on Marvel vs. Capcom, we can expect the sequel to delve into other classic Capcom fighting game franchises. Could we see the return of Darkstalkers? The legendary Street Fighter Alpha series? Only time will tell, but one thing’s for sure: Xbox One fighters have a lot to look forward to in 2025!
