Sony just pulled the curtain back on the PlayStation Plus monthly games for March, and the spread is surprisingly eclectic. Starting Tuesday, March 3, subscribers across all tiers can grab four varied titles that bounce from high-stakes golf to massive multiplayer fantasy.

Leading the pack on the PS5 front is “PGA Tour 2K25.” If you’ve been itching to hit the links, this iteration finally brings the big majors into the mix, marking the franchise debut for The PGA Championship, The U.S. Open and The Open Championship. The expanded MyCareer mode lets players grind their way through the ranks to build a legacy, while upgraded skill trees and course designer tools give gearheads plenty to tinker with before jumping into cross-platform multiplayer.

For something a bit more chaotic, “Monster Hunter Rise” lands on both PS4 and PS5. Capcom’s wildly successful action RPG drops players into a world heavily inspired by ancient Japanese folklore to track down massive beasts. You get 14 distinct weapon types to mess around with, plus your trusty Palico and Palamute companions to help even the odds out in the field. The core gameplay loop remains as dangerously addictive as ever: hunt down a target, craft better armor from the spoils, and use it to hunt even tougher monsters.

If you need a palate cleanser after getting battered by a giant wyvern, “Slime Rancher 2” offers a vibrant pivot. Available for PS5, the sequel to the massive indie hit follows Beatrix LeBeau to Rainbow Island. It’s a first-person farming adventure where you gather strange resources, build up a sprawling glass conservatory, and wrangle a brand new batch of jiggly slimes. It’s the exact kind of low-stress exploration game perfect for killing a Sunday afternoon.

Rounding out the month is a massive time-sink: “The Elder Scrolls Online Collection: Gold Road” for PS4 and PS5. Bethesda’s colossal MMO gives players a chance to roam Tamriel nearly a millennium before the events of “Skyrim.” The nice bonus here is that the Gold Road collection actually unlocks all the major chapter zones, biomes and quest arcs right out of the gate. You can bounce from the mushroom forests of Morrowind straight into the fiery realms of Oblivion without hitting a paywall, though it’s worth noting the 2025 Content Pass isn’t included in this specific drop.

All four of these titles will remain available to claim until Monday, April 6.
As a quick reminder to clear out your backlog, you only have until Monday, March 2, to secure February’s freebies. Make sure to add “Undisputed,” “Subnautica: Below Zero,” “Ultros” and “Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown” to your library before they rotate out.
